Product Development is where most of the coding happens. Each agile team is generally comprised of a Product Owner, Back End/Front End Developers a QA and Product Designer. They own their applications and microservices and have a lot of autonomy around the technical direction they would like to take.

We run a number of other activities, such as Hackathons, external/internal meet-ups, Film Club, Yoga, Running Club and Board Games Night. We also have a ping pong table and pool table for those much needed breaks.

We know training is important to stay up to date with the latest technologies, we provide online training materials through Pluralsight and support attending external training and conferences.
