Over the past few weeks, we ran two hands-on workshops with teams across Rightmove to explore how GitHub Copilot, specifically its Agent Mode, could support day-to-day engineering work.

What does great leadership look like at Rightmove? We brought our Engineering Managers and Heads of Engineering together to define just that. Through real-world scenarios, collaborative thinking and candid conversations, we began shaping a set of action-based leadership principles designed to reflect who we are – and how we lead.
